New Year

We’re already two days into 2012, a clean slate some would say.  It is time to pack away the holiday ornaments and put them away for another year.

Along with the visible ornaments, we will put away memories, too:  the good ones, the unhappy ones, new things and old, all have their place in time.  It’s those memories that we build upon and grow, to face each new year with promise and eagerness. Some are harder to let go of than others, but they are always there to recall whenever they are needed.

My wish is for a Happy New Year to everyone.  2012 promises to be the best ever!
